Subway has introduced the prata kind of wrap to eat with the veggies and ingredients. The wrap skin is a bit thick, tasteless, and hard. I prefer them to mix some wheat to the wrap skin which is more healthy and delicious. The ingredients inside is just the same and i chose the turkey ham fillings. What I think is that the ingredients are not so matching with the wrap skin so I prefer to choose their bread the next time. the price is the same as the bread type which is about $5-6 for 6inch.…查看更多

It is low fat and yet delicious with the sliced turkey breast and ham, with my choices of vegetables such as lettuce, tomato, pickles, a pinch of pepper and fat-free sauce that you can choose! I absolutely love subway sandwiches. They're really generous when it comes to veggies ... gives a really good crunch. Most people I've observed only take lettuce, cucumber & tomato. Oh well, more olives & jalapenos for me. I always chose to go with the sweet onion sauce, I love it.For those who are looking for something feeling yet low in fat, Subway's the one for you.
