Before you get on a plane, if your digestive system is like mine, can't have any dangerous dairy products cereals or heavy fried foods or eggs. My option is always to dine at Subway because it's a lot healthier and the portion to price ratio is actually quite alright like the usual fast-food restaurant cost. The ingredients are all fresh (from what I can taste) at Subway. I've eaten at many subway branches and the consistency of all flavors/freshness/standards are all there. (except occasionally encountering a service staff problem)
