Subway

I have not had Subway for a long time and I was more than happy to have it for lunch when my colleagues suggested it. I ordered the turkey ham sub with wheat bread. I personally find subway's hams to be salty so I omitted the dressing, opting for black ground pepper on my sub instead. The sub comes with quite a lot of veggies as per my request and I love it like that as it helps to balance out the saltiness from the ham. I find that the addition of black pepper to the sub is quite neligible in terms of taste probably because the other flavours are all more prominent. I didn't know what to eat and decided to eat Subway as it was convenient. It's my first time to the Subway at Vivo, but definitely not the first eating Subway. My dad ordered Roasted Chicken Breast for my brother and I. The footlong meal costs $11.90 and it included a big cup of drink and 2 cookies. The bread was Wheat bread. My dad thought I liked Double Chocolate Chip cookie, but actually, my favourite is Raspberry Cheesecake. However, I still ate the Double Chocolate Chip cookie as I was ok with it. The melted cheese was nice and the chicken was tender. However, the chicken at the end of the Sub tasted a little weird. It was hard and had the frozen taste. I think it wasn't cooked properly. I wanted to tell my dad, but I just ate it up. The next time that happens, I would probably complain. For now, it would do and Subway would still be my favourite.…さらに見る

The sandwich is mad in front of you as you order it so it's not sitting in the window going soggy or stale. The vegetables are fresh enough and the meats are also pretty fresh. The bread is the freshest since it is baked in-store. Not sure how much preservative is in the dough. It smells really great and it tastes really fresh. Love that you can customise your sandwich according to what you want on the day. The variety of sauce is pretty good too. You can also add soup and cookies or drinks but soups are not available all the time or everyday. …さらに見る
