The chicken is massive—2–3 times thicker than the usual fried chicken in Singapore—crispy on the outside without being oily, and tender and juicy inside. Minimal oil left on the paper after eating, which says a lot about how well it’s cooked. Seasoning is spot on, not too salty. The Cuttlefish Balls are soft and tasty with a light, powdery coating.
