This experience truly deserves a review. The chef runs the entire restaurant solo — preparing every dish, serving every plate, and managing everything with quiet dedication. Watching him work with such focus and pride was humbling.The food was outstanding. Each piece of sushi was crafted with care, balance, and finesse. You can taste the passion in every bite. Despite being a one-man show, his service was warm, sincere, and attentive.It’s not easy to do everything alone, yet he does so gracefully, without rushing or compromising quality. I felt a deep respect and even a bit of sadness witnessing the full weight he carries. He deserves all the support and recognition.If you visit, please bring patience and appreciation. I’ve been to Sushi Kazuki twice now, and each time the sushi has been a real delight. The rice is perfectly seasoned with just the right hint of vinegar, served warm to pair beautifully with the fresh, thick slices of fish. Just went there recently for their dinner and it sure burnt a hole in my wallet but was worth it la. Dinner at S$128 is more atas but steady cos there is premium selections and steady service. Pricey-ish but for Michelin-level sushi without snob vibe, worth saving up for one fine makan. This is definitely only when u want to splurge  繼續閱讀
