Sushi Tei (已結業)

It seemed like this branch is known to have a better quality of sashimi. The location is convenient to wait for pickup. The tuna and salmon are very fresh, unagi and tofu are nice and others are also good. With the healthy meal which I don't get tired of it. The takeaways are served with generous portion of wasabi and soya sauce bottles.

Had my dinner over at this Sushi Tei outlet at east coast park. There are not many people there when I arrived at 6pm. My partner and I had some sushis. We only took 3 plates of nigiri sushi, 2 plates of gunkan sushi (i couldn't remember the names) and ordered soft shell crab sushi with chicken floss and agedashi tofu. I order the sashimi salad instead of the main courses. The salad consist of fresh salmon sashimi with lettuce and other greens. It is a very simple dish, but made so delicious with the Sushi Tei's secret sauce. In addition, the sashimi is very fresh and sweet tasting. Even my friend who has a main of her own, ordered one of this salad because she tried some of mine and was hooked. This is really a healthy and very delicious treat for everyone and not just ladies!

Was having a dinner there with my partner after work. Drove over there on a rainy thursday evening; was rather empty when we arrived. Got seated at a quiet booth at the back, with the park view.The sashimi slices and assorted sushi that we ordered were very fresh; one could almost feel the tuna and salmon swimming just before it was served to us (no kidding; it's really that fresh). The cold green tea soba that we shared was also very good- the al dente style, coupled with the sauce(?) acocmpany

The Sushi Tei at East Coast definitely has a much higher quality than City Sq's branch. We ordered the same food but East Coast's one was better. I especially like the grilled salmon with fish roe on top (think it costs $15 thereabout). The thing that is baked on top of the salmon contains fish roe inside. Really yummy.
