Once again i'm going to review on another yu sheng but this came as kind of a surprise to me as i didn't really expect to find yu sheng at Swensen's. During Chinese New Year, a lot of restaurants has Yu Sheng, also known as raw fish salad on the menu. Swensen's has its own version of Yu Sheng which is priced at $28.80 for takeaway. I love the Fish and Chips at Swensen's because the fish is fresh and crispy ! The fries are also more chunky and not salty! I will also recommend their clayfish pasta. The portion is quite big and they added a lot of different ingredients like fish, crab sticks and mushroom. I always end my meal at Swenson with their Coit Tower ice-cream. Simply satisfying after eating it.

After a filling dinner my friends and I popped by for desserts. The durian sundae was what I chose and I had absolutely no regrets. I expected a mild-flavoured durian ice cream but this one packed a punch. Plus, it was surprisingly light and not too heavy - it had just the right amount of cream so it wasn't the least bit 'gelad'. This quickly became one of my favourites, but it unfortunately couldn't 'overtake' my #1 - the Banana Crumble.

To me, Swensen's is always a great choice for everyone and all sorts of occasions! Eating at Swensens as I didn’t even touch Western Food for a long time. It was a nice environment and suitable for gathering.The drink bar was taken care by an Indian Bartender, preparing beverages and desserts. Dropped by Swensens for lunch and I decided to try this intriguing pasta dish- Laksa Aglio Olio with King Prawns. It is essentially aglio olio spaghetti mixed with laksa flavoured pesto and served with gigantic king prawns. The pesto is pounded from the pungent laksa leaves, hence explaining the green colour spaghetti. Omelette~ The fillings can choose from onion, cheese, mushroom, etc.I chose the mushrooms and cheese as we are allowed to choose two ingredients. We went to the Swensen's near our house for a simple lunch not too long ago. My mum had the regular pizza which was very cheesy and great while i had meatball baked rice which i have yet to eat for a long time Food was served quite quickly and the food was very nice. The baked rice is fragrant Yum Yum!! We just did not like the raisins that were in the rice.The pan pizza was great but its just too small for the price !

A time to relax and enjoy this comfort food. It will definitely be either ice cream or chocolate. Together with my other three friends, we went to Bishan Junction 8 Swensens to eat Fondue. It was nice and yummy, the fondue includes ice cream, mashmellow, fruits , biscuit with a warm chocolate in the middle.
