First, this dish does not contain ordinary ingredient, first it has BABYCRAY FISH, a cousin of lobster, mild sweet and juicy. Secondly, the white yellowish cream is a sort of refined smooth texture salad dressing which enhances the taste of the babycray fish. There's also another light brown translucent dressing underneath the thick veggie which cuts the sweet taste of the salad dressing which gives a slight sour taste to it. The two dressing complements each other with the thick crunchy veggie and the babycray fish makes your stomach go wild around the world. If you are reading this and have not tried this dish, I strongly encourage you to just try this dish. Not a moment later, your stomach will thank you for giving its best meal of all times.

The Connoisseur Concerto is a well known brand across Singapore. To date, they have several outlets in Singapore. They specializes in coffee, as well as sweet bites like cakes. They do serve main dishes as well, pasta, main courses, sandwiches and etc.I was there for lunch with my friend and we ordered shrooms bite ($10.80), seafood aglio olio and tobiko scallop pasta.  The Connoisseur Concerto is a well known brand across Singapore. To date, they have several outlets in Singapore. They specializes in coffee, as well as sweet bites like cakes. They do serve main dishes as well, pasta, main courses, sandwiches and etc.

I was there for lunch with my friend and we ordered shrooms bite ($10.80), seafood aglio olio and tobiko scallop pasta. Shrooms bite always gives us the surprises. We are a big fan of that since a few years back when we first tried it, crispy crust along with chunky small mushrooms and corns along with the sauce in it, what more to ask for! And also, I can say that they have the one of the best aglio olio in singapore!

A pity is that, most of the dishes are rather pricey. Other that that, all's good!

 My favourite Brew, it was suffused with the richness of toffee. Topping with generous bubble and Choco-caramel sauce, this Expresso drink was sweet while comforting. I like it because it was completely artful with good taste. The price was absolutely reasonable. For those who achieve $88.00 per single receipt may proceed to the cashier and became their member. Helpful staffs were readily to help, they will teach their customers step by step how to join member. Lifetime member for free, do keep your receipt next round if your bill hit $88.00.

I needed some pick-me-up on a hazardous Mmonday night. Of course i picked TCC for my chocolate respite. There's always max brenners but my old man friend needed his shot of coffee. So we settled on tcc at citylink mall. it was 8pm on a monday night and it was pretty quiet. I asked for a chocolate recommendation and ended up with this.  Chocolate of Wealth.

Thick chocolate shake with chocolate drizzles complete with whipped cream and crunchy choco balls. It was every bit my kryptonite... so much for weight watching. But this was exactly the chocolate therapy I needed.

It's not much a crowd on weekend evening around 8pm?Penne Mama Mia - Penne and chicken chunks baked with homemade cheese sauce. The dish is RICH although unfortunately the portion is SMALL T__T. I will still order this again next time when I am not so hungry so I do not need to follow up with my supper immediately after this dinner Red-hot Chicken Spaghetti (If I didn't remember the wrong dish?) - Not my order but did steal a bite out of it. Quiet Lunch Affair

Met some friends for lunch and decided to eat at TCC as it was quiet and a good environment for chatting. I ordered the Tobiko Scallop Pasta with some soy sauce based gravy. It was decent. The gravy is a bit heavy after eating about half way through but I add some Tabasco sauce to give it some spice. The 3 scallops were a bit on the small side and I would've prefer them to be less "done" so they have that springy feel but overall it was not too bad.

The coffee club sells whole cakes so we picked one up for a birthday celebration. The cake we got was a chocolate raspberry cake . It consisted a layer of mousse with a hint of raspberry flavour over a chocolate sponge cake. The mousse was pretty rich and flavourful but the sponge was try and quite tasteless overall not a very winning combination.

Went there for brunch on a weekend and surprisingly, there were not much people. We ordered a seafood aglio olio and salmon pasta with sunny side up. I love the seafood aglio olio! The scallops are quite big and juicy. The prawns tasted processed, not the fresh kind. For the salmon pasta, the sauce was quite jelat. My partner could not finish it all because of the sauce. Overall, still ok.

Mini High Tea

Had a quick high tea at TCC. I love TCC's drinks and pasta but this is the first time I had high tea there. The platter had a cupcake, one chocolate cake, one almond-y strawberry cake, 2 scones (one is cheese and one is chocolate chip), a mini burger and one bread dish with a weird tomato dip. The scones weren't very nice. They're too dry and don't really compliment the whipped cream. The other items are really so so.

Located at Citylink Mall where we can alight at City Hall MRT Station and walk to the restaurant. There are quite a lot of people over at TCC and walking along the CityLink but this is actually a nice cozy place for people to relax over a cup of tea and some dessert while looking at how busy most of the people are walking pass you.The restaurant is fully occupied when we reached the restaurant but the staffs are friendly enough to accommodate my request to call me (Give them my mobile number) wh

 Located at Citylink Mall where we can alight at City Hall MRT Station and walk to the restaurant. There are quite a lot of people over at TCC and walking along the CityLink but this is actually a nice cozy place for people to relax over a cup of tea and some dessert while looking at how busy most of the people are walking pass you.

The restaurant is fully occupied when we reached the restaurant but the staffs are friendly enough to accommodate my request to call me (Give them my mobile number) when there is any table available for us when they can actually ask us to wait for the tables to be available instead.

 Chucks of chicken and mushroom are mixed and cooked together with their creamy sauce making it not a bad dish though it is quite normal to me.

 Salmon meat itself is around 40% cooked so the internal meat is still very soft while the egg is around 60% cooked and you are still able to see juicy egg yolk leaking out when you break the soft egg white. Pasta itself is cooked nicely with nice Mentaiko base. Good dish for dinner.

No matter how full a women is, her stomach always have space for dessert. Dessert always make a women happy and excited. My friends and i were going to Shanghai Dolly for gathering and we all meet up early and decided to meet up at TCC which is located beside Dolly. I ordered a piece of chocolate lava cake and a glass or sparkling juice. The Lava cake was great and delicious. As the warm chocolate flow down your throat you can just feel the sweetest down in your heart.
This is a dessert you will never wanna miss.

As usual, Tsa ordered a cup of tcc's Premium. He always ordered coffee or tea and I was not surprised when he orderedthat. As for me, I wanted something light and soothing. I decided to try out the Berry Bed of Roses. It came in a curvy glass and the drink was pale gayish pink in colour. A concoction of red berries puree, milk, yogurt and rose syrup. that. As for me, I wanted something light and soothing. I decided to try out the Berry Bed of Roses. It came in a curvy glass and the drink was pale gayish pink in colour. A concoction of red berries puree, milk, yogurt and rose syrup. It tasted rather milky and had light yogurt taste, with very light rose flavour. The blended ice actually made it difficult to drink and drained most of the taste away. I kept stirring and hoping that the ice would melt faster! As for my dessert, I had the strawberry yogurt roll. It was strawberry sponge cake roll with yogurt cream fillings inside. The strawberry chunks inside felt like they were soaked in yogurt till they were soggy and tasted super odd. I actually removed some of the cream on the cake's surface to reduce my sinfulness. I was not sure why I was so into yogurt that day!

i went to tcc for dinner with my friends. I ordered the seafood aglio olio. As seen in their menu, this is their spiciest main course. I found the spiciness just right for me, it was not exactly very mind blowing too. the scallops that they added to the pasta was really good, as scallops tend to get overcooked very easily. This one is cooked pretty well. it tasted very sweet as well. as a whole I was pretty pleased with the pasta.

This one is cooked pretty well. it tasted very sweet as well. as a whole I was pretty pleased with the pasta.

TCC was having its promotion 1-for-1 for its main course or pasta. My friends and I decided to head down and enjoy its food and offer. It was also my virgin experience at TCC. I ordered seafood aglio oglio while my friend ordered pan-fried salmon. The pan-fried salmon was tasty, the skin was very crispy and cracklings could be heard when I chewed it. My seafood aglio oglio was superb too!
I'm a huge friend of chilli and love spicy food, I find the spiciness was just right. It was enough to make my lips feel a little hot but not too spicy till my eyes start to tear. The scallops and prawns were tasty too. They weren't overcooked and were succulent. However, I did find the spaghetti a little dry for my liking. But overall, I did enjoy the long awaited pasta - I didn't know know, but I waited 30 minutes for my spaghetti

Seafood aglio oglio had 3 chillis on the menu and also a healthier choice logo making it a healthy and delicious meal without guilt!


My friends and I shared the dessert, Raspberry mousse -$9.90 which was a new item. It was rather disappointing because it turned out to be just an inch thick layer of mousse atop a think layer of raspberry sponge cake. Although the mousse had a strong chocolate taste but it weren't enough to blow my mind away.. For the price and the quality, I find it unreasonable.


Will I go to TCC again to try out the rest of the food? Yes, I will!
Especially the desserts referring to chocolate devotion and the beverages.

Amazingly delicious clam chowder soup. It was not of the thick gooey kind of soup. It is pretty light with all the clams in the center of the bowl. The soup is light and refreshing with a taste of the sea. The clams were all very fresh, sweet and juicy. There's a bread stick to go along with the dish as well. Dip it into the soup and savour it up. If you are not someone who love seafood, i urge you not to try it.
