I had a craving for minced meat noodles so I ordered the minced meat noodles from this stall for takeaway. There is no queue for it at all, so I did not expect too much of it. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the noodles are. First is that the noodles did not get soggy even though I ate it only around 45minutes later. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the noodles are. First is that the noodles did not get soggy even though I ate it only around 45minutes later. The noodles are still quite springy and the sauce used to flavour the noodles is really tasty as well. Normally I would add chilli to my noodles but I don't feel the need to in this case as it is quite flavourful. The ingredients given are also ample, there are slices of fishcake, lean meat and minced meat. The minced meat and lean meat are already seasoned so there is no need for additional sauce to dip the lean meat in. The only thing lacking was pork liver which I really loved but sadly, a lot of hawkers are choosing to omit this important ingredient in their minced meat noodles. Overall, it is a tasty bowl of minced meat noodles.
