I ordered the Texas burger meal at $4.50 only. The chicken fillet inside the burger is crispy and tender. The fries also very crispy and not so oily. Portion wise is just nice, filling for my stomach. Waiting time is still acceptable during peak hours as the staff are quite efficient.

Got some Texas Chicken on my way home for dinner I saw on their website that they have Weekday Value Meal deal at just $3.90!For this price i'll get 2 pc Tender, 1 Winglet and 1 Biscuit The tender was great, no bones and meaty I always love the biscuit, very fragrant taste! The best is that this set come with a milo drink too I ended work at 5pm that day around Serangoon and have to rush down to buy this since this offer is valid from only 2.30 pm - 5.30pm!For this price the portion's good enough to have a good just nice fulfilling dinner

I ordered the Texas chicken meal, 2-piece chicken comes with biscuit bread and drinks. The chicken is a bit too dry and is not too oily also. The biscuit bread is not too dry or milky like the one Popeyes has. Another meal is the Burger with onion rings and drink. The onion rings is nice served hot. Overall the standard of the chicken here is somewhere between KFC and Popeyes.

There was a promotion between 3 to 5 pm. I got the mesquite burger with a drink for $4. The filling is shredded chicken with BBQ sauce on sesame buns. The texture of the buns did not taste like toasted. The taste of the BBQ sauce and shredded chicken did not match well. I wanted to try something new but the decision was a wrong one. I think i will just eat their normal chicken burger next time.

First time trying Texas Chicken as a friend of mine was telling me how good it is, compare to another famous fast food restaurant which specialized in fried chicken too. The branch at NEX has limited seats so we waited for quite awhile before we get to our seats. Didn't know which set to choose from so I decided to order a bit of everything. Had the "filler meal" which includes a texas chicken burger, a drink and mash potato and I chose the side to be 2 pieces of chicken tenders. I also ordered a 1 pc chicken snack which comes with fries. The chicken burger is pretty normal, but the chicken is a blast. I like how juicy and tender the chicken is (I had the drumstick). Kind of disagree with the user below who say the chicken is tough - well, just get the correct chicken parts and eat it while it is hot! Anyway, I like the fries too compare to the other fast food restaurant. The chicken tendered (opted for the spicy one) is tasty too. Definitely going back for more tasty chicken!
