My second selection from this stall "The Ice Chef @ 21" was the mango sago with tadpoles.The ripe mango are blended to form a smooth puree. Blended ice are added to the mango puree together withevaporated milk.Small cubes of fresh ripe mango are poured into the dessert and completed with sago and colourful tadpoles.Priced at S$3.00.On the whole this dessert was ok but a bit too sweet. It would be great if a slightly larger amount of small cubes of fresh mangoes are added to this dessert.
