These pineapple tarts are so buttery and fragrant and the pineapple is so generous and not overly sweet! This store is starting to sell pineapple tarts now. What is sold in this store is really up to the owner's whim. She makes what she feels like on the day... every day it's different! And it's always good! You can buy it in small or large tubs. She's friendly and most of her stuff is only $1 or $2! I was there while she was baking the pineapple tarts fresh and it was so pretty and refreshing to look at! Like it's Chinese New Year already! This is one hawker centre to get your rice dumpling fix. There are at least 2 stalls selling such, with them selling many finger food as well.The dumpling is fragrant, oily in the right sense and has very little fatty meat in it. I love this store! They seem to have won a few mentions and awards in local food shows and recommendations.They have seasonal desserts and snacks on offer. Like rice dumplings, kuehs, biscuits, cookies, etc.I love that everything is made in store and you can watch them making it. Some times they are open till late and still cooking up a storm. One day, the entire shop was filled wall to wall with rice dumplings! The next day, it's filled wall to wall with tapioca snacks.I love their tapioca snacks. Drenched in fresh coconut, the tapioca is cooked to perfection and tastes so fresh and fragrant and delicious!It's great when they put out their kuehs - so colourful and fresh and yummy! They have a variety of snacks on offer. It depends on the season and their mood.Everything is very fresh and nothing is stale or overnight. The service is very polite and friendly.
