i'm a fan of roasted meat Their roasted meat skin was crispyThere's thin layer of fat ,follwed by the meat & another layer of fat belowThe meat is so soft & smooth ,but i can't eat too much fatty food so i never eat the fats just the meat..overall i rate 8/10
