This is where i go whenever i am craving for char siew rice. Their char siew rice is easily the best in Singapore. The meat has got enough of fatty meat to give it the nice tender texture. It has been caramelized and roasted well to give it a charred flavor and not oily at all. I like my rice to have a lot of those braised sauce and also with chilli. The portion is enough. 繼續閱讀

Succulent. Caramelized. Crispy edges. Roasted sides. Melt in mouth. thats what i need to taste for a char siew!Tiong Bahru Roasted Pig Specialist in tiong bahru food court definitely serve the world-class char siew! their siu yok are not as good but still acceptable.There, in the big food court where stand among all the other must-eat food, you don’t even notice the crowd, nor whatever they’re selling here. But come during peak hours (lunch only, by the way), or during festivities, then you will bear witness to their immense popularity. if you wanna know where to satisfy your cravings for dark, caramelized char siew, u will never go wrong. 繼續閱讀

I'm in my pork chop fever. Nonstop pork chop madness how I love the salty and crispy taste of its skin yet soft quishy underneath. This is number one sin created by us Chinese. Anyhow, I was craving for it so I ordered the usual pork chop rice. It was simple, with white rice and chopped pork and their usual brown sauce. i aded a dash of soy sauce to make it more saltierIt wasn't bad but not to recommended either.
