Brought several slices of the peanut pancake from this stall for breakfast at the yuhua village market. This stall sells a total of 3 flavours of the pancake which includes favours like the red bean, peanut and coconut. The size of each pancake is equally cut. For the pancake itself, its thickness is acceptable, not too thick. Texture wise is soft and spongy. As for the fillings, the peanut is mixed with slight amount of sugar and the sweetness is not too sweet and also suitable for the elderly. However, the peanut is too loose as the moment I hold the pancake, some of the peanut fillings has already drop and would prefer the peanut filling to be like the consistency of the peanut spread. …查看更多
