My favourite pork satay from "Toa Payoh Satay" located at Old Kallang Airport Hawker Centre. The meat is well marinated with a slice layer of fat on each stick to enhance the overall flavour.The well grilled satay served with peanut sauce. The pineapple sauce that comes together with the satay creates a sweet taste and more refreshing. Priced at 50 cents per stick for pork, chicken or mutton and the rice cake.Lontong rice cake are served together with these satay sticks though I still prefer the traditionally ketupat.This stall closes every Wednesday.
