This stall has been there for years, the stall signboard has changed from $2 to $2.50! That was so interesting! 
Although the signboard focuses on the fried rice, the dish I would like to recommend is the unique oyster egg. The uniqueness of the oyster egg is the "eggy oysters" sauce on top of the omelette. With a tinge of spiciness and a heavenly taste of fresh oysters melting in your mouth with every bite, it's not surprising that it's gone within seconds! So, a word of advice - do not share with more than 2 persons!
