Have joined a mini short queue here outside this Tori Q outlet to grab a chicken stick for snack.  The stall is beautiful decorated with some japanese decoration and is bright and clean too.  The counter guy is also friendly and fast in service.  The chicken stick is selling at $1.10 each which is consider quite reasonably priced.   Chicken meat is tender and quite juicy and is coated with a thick layer of barberque sauce before grill.  Taste is fragrant and and at the correct sweetness too. Tori Q offers a few different bento sets and my favourite is set B, which consist of rice with chicken, chicken balls, chicken gyoza and chicken with green pepper. They recently introduced a new item, the chicken gyoza, and I requested to swap one chicken stick with the chicken gyoza stick, topping up an additional of 10 cents. The chicken filling is quite little and the gyoza is too oily, making it kind of soggy. I would stick to my chicken stick next time!

Walking around Plaza Sing , mouth itchy as usual, I swear it has a rash that's caused by my nose and eyes , smelling and seeing all these yummy foods, it's great to be alive and Singaporean (really, we travel often, assure you there's no place like home.)Set B - $5.90Staff was very very friendly and allowed me to bring the nasi lemak I had to eat together with it. i've always loved the tori q's sauces and the fragrant japanese rice and satisfying meatballs. NICE!

I happen to get the chance to try the chicken barberqued meat balls from here during a in-hourse promotion. It may look really simple and unattractive, but I can telll you the first bite will certainly make you fall in love with it. THe meat balls are very tender and juicy and you can really feel it as it is very delicious. The meat balls' texture is very soft and juicy, which blend in really well with the tasty barberqued sauced used in it.
