This little snack shop has branches in most of the shopping centre. This one at IMM is just in front of Giant Supermarket. It sells all kind of sour plum, sweets, cuttlefish etc. Today, I came here to buy some orange peel/skin. ($2/100g)This type of orange skin is sour and a little salty. It is very good for motion sickness. I will always take a pack with me whenever I need to travel via plane/boat. It is also very good to help keep me awake. There is another use for this orange peel that I got to know recently, i.e., to 'marinate' guava. Yes, it's very nice. Just cut the orange peel into tiny pieces and add them to cut guava. Mixed well and leave the mixture in the fridge for a day. The taste is really very good, better than adding the sour plum powder. Try it.:)…查看更多
