I always visit this Japanese restaurant to have my favourite tofu here. This tofu is unlike those normal tofu which you eat from hawker center. It is very soft, moist and smooth inside. The x-factor of this special tofu is that it will be coated with a thin layer of Japanese flour (if I am not wrong) before deep fried, which give it that fluffy texture for the end probuct. With that light soya sauce gravy topped on it, you can really feel the healthy content and you would not feel sinful at
