It was my cousin's first time in Singapore and when I heard of wave house's current promotions on open rice, I knew we had to go there. We decided to go down on Wednesday where practically everything was 1 for 1 (the rides, food, drinks etc). It was pretty laid back being a weekday afternoon and there was seating everywhere. We loved the view of the beach. There were also beds to lay on - guessing that would come in handy for sun bathing/tanning.The only down side to the 1 for 1's was the idea that we had to order the same main's, drinks and desserts. Also, if we didn't want the 1 for 1's and preferred to other separate mains, we'd still have to pay the same price! I found that a little ridiculous. However, they were open to the option of take aways. The veggie tofu patty with brown rice burger was really horrible! I have no idea how anyone could consume it. The tofu tasted raw and the combination with brown rice wasnt fantastic. The burger also tasted slightly sourish ): The fries however, was not too badLoved the chilled beer!I love the chocolate with raspberry dessert! The combination of sweetness from the chocolate and the sourish raspberries was perfect.

Went specially to Wave House Sentosa for dinner as I heard the place serves up some really nice pizzas. The restaurant was empty when I went there with my mum and siblings, except for some ppl, mostly expatriates, sitting outside on the benches talking. Not sure why, but I tink it could be due to the rain and it was Deepavali too. The restaurant was dimly lit, with a candle on each table. The designs on the table matches the designs on the ceiling, which was pretty cool and nice. Ordered the Hoisin Roast Duck Pizza and BBQ Chicken Leg Pizza each, and they took quite a while to arrive although there wasnt any customers. The pizzas were thin-crust, which i liked better than those with thick crusts. The Hoisin Roast Duck Pizza was really really delicious, the sauce on it went really well with the whole pizza, and we ordered a second one after we finished it. The BBQ Chicken Leg Pizza was not bad too, with quite alot of ingredients in it. All the pizzas came piping-hot. The only thing was the table was pretty small, so after putting 2 pizzas on it it was really packed with all our plates and glasses. Service is good, the waitress refills our glasses whenever it is running low. We get to see ppl 'surfing' too, which looked like great fun. Hope to have a go at it too nxt time if possible. Cool place, will go again if have the chance, as the food there aren't really very cheap.

After a nice sun tanning, this place brings about a relaxing environment for patrons to enjoy the afternoon sun while enjoying the delicious food served...The fish had this weird taste that couldn't be covered by the tomato sauce used... maybe they should have used lemon or tartar sauce.. didnt really like the way they prepared it...The overall combination is quite bad....The pasta however was slightly better....Great for chilling out and a romantic lunch for 2

When we sit down the server serve us with the ice water and fresh baked bread with butter and olive oil. We've ordered the seafood chowder as appertiser, main course is pan-fried barramund and dessert is suffer's home made lava chocolate cake. The seafood chowder is very thick, creamy and full of fresh seafood ingredient. Pan-fried barramund served with garlic mash, fennel slaw served with orange-butter sauce. It's daily delivered from St. John's island. Lava Chocolate cake: the chocolate melted in my mouth. The environment is romantic and suitable for couples. Very good food experience and i would definitely go again.

I suppose the hype about Wavehouse doesn't make a commoner like me wanna feel left out. My boyfriend and I shared a pizza for a fuel up, on a sunny Saturday afternoon in the midst of getting a tan. We took some time to consider but eventually chose one of the chef recommended ones, the 'all time favorite "wipe-out" pizza'. Well my verdict of it.. slightly above average, not too bad, at least it was on the side of thin-crust (I never liked the chunky crust ones). Wouldn't mind having snacks at the beach bar again (:
