Brought a plate of the char siew and roasted meat rice for lunch. The rice also comes with a bowl of soup, the soup is light and refreshing with chopped spring onion added and its not oily. As for the char siew, it has a soft and tender texure, nice light red colour, well marinated and grilled. The roasted meat is also well cooked, very tender texture, well seasoned, not too salty, skin is slighty crispy and does not have too many fats.
