If you are craving for some good Chinese food in a descent hotel atmosphere, Xin Cuisine Restaurant at Holiday Inn Atrium could be a good choice. We ordered quite a few dishes during our first visit to the restaurant. Barbecued suckling pig ($30/portion) is their signature appetizer. The crispy pig skin is layered on top of the goose liver, yam and Japanese cucumber. Different ingredients sort of making the bite filled with all kind of flavours, with different textures too. The sesame balls contain the filling of red bean and liqueur chocolate filling! When you bite on it, you will first taste the crispiness and aromatic sesame, after which the liqueur bursts in and attack every single taste buds of yours! It's good I tell ya!!
