I was with my mother here and we decided to take away some roast pork and char siew from our regular stall. Both meat tasted quite good. I would think the char siew is a better choice. The char siew was nicely caramelized and roasted to give it a charred surface with a sweet flavor. The meat tasted tender and nice. The roast pork was not too bad but it did not have the layer of crispy skin that i like.
