大清早到達新加坡先來個早餐,朋友帶我過去呢間24小時營業的老店。坐的地方好開揚的,就在路邊,沒有玻璃門窗遮擋,這天天氣不錯啊!簡單的點了小籠包~味道不過不失熱豆漿,有豆味淡淡的(要自己放糖)鹹豆漿已加油條榨菜蔥花,味道感覺特別……奇怪只是自己唔習慣飲鹹的。左面麻薯油條,呢個我喜歡呀,麻薯甜甜的煙韌,油條鬆脆!右邊 燒餅內餡加肉鬆蛋~樣子似墨西哥皮包餡餅食落感覺有少少乾身,唔肯定這款食物本身 是否這質感,和油條(呢個和上面的麻薯油條比較~明顯係一條咗過氣的油條肯定唔係剛炸好,唔暖,唔脆的……食落軟的)。蘿蔔絲蛋餅呢個都有驚喜,好多材料的一個蘿蔔絲餅,做了些功夫,先煎熱一吓蘿蔔絲餅然後才再加蛋煎。這餐早點也真豐富,開始旅遊行程的一天。

,呢個我喜歡呀,麻薯甜甜的煙韌,油條鬆脆!
右邊 燒餅內餡加肉鬆蛋~樣子似墨西哥皮包餡餅食落感覺有少少乾身,唔肯定這款食物本身 是否這質感,和油條(呢個和上面的麻薯油條比較~明顯係一條咗過氣的油條

蘿蔔絲蛋餅呢個都有驚喜,好多材料的一個蘿蔔絲餅,做了些功夫,先煎熱一吓蘿蔔絲餅然後才再加蛋煎。

Pork floss danbing (egg roll) was served cold and uncrispy. Totally worlds apart from those i had in taiwan. The dough fritter was cold and not crispy too. Meesua was okay and not worth coming back for. Only the soya bean milk was acceptable. Don't think i will be back again

Looking for some Taiwanese Delights? The iconic Yong He Dou Jiang which hail from Taiwan has an outlet in Geylang which promise authentic Taiwanese delights. Simple and modest food, Yong He has loyal customer and fans who are there to tuck into their many savory delights and also their all Soya Bean CurdThis is pretty similar to what you can find in Taiwan where it is a little more peppery, and instead of oyster it is pork intestine slices. No smell from the pork intestine, so it is a thumbs up

This is pretty similar to what you can find in Taiwan where it is a little more peppery, and instead of oyster it is pork intestine slices. No smell from the pork intestine, so it is a thumbs up from me

If you have tasted the a bowl of Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice ( LU ROU FAN ) then this bowl wouldnt be able to match that taste. However if you haven't got to try it, then this would be a pretty yummy option for you.

Half the experience of enjoying braised pork rice will be the use for Japanese Pearl Rice (Zhen Zhu Mi) which is sorely slacking in this bowl. However the flavours and addition of salted vegetables, more lean meat and egg also made this a complete meal as compared to the bowl or rice in meat sauce which you would find in Taiwan.

Packed full with ingredients, this is an option you can consider ordering to add on to your mains

Prices here are relatively cheap for the quality of food serve. Get dimsums at SGD 2.60 per basket and I do look forward to try thie Toasted Buns which I enjoyed back in Taiwan. I left this place in good spirits so hopefully you will enjoy this 24 food outlet too!

The place was a bit tough to find as the sign isn't very obvious. They are selling lots of bites for a reasonable price. However, as we wanted dessert after a meal and it was late at night, didn't get a chance to try it.I did try the ha gao and it was rather decent, but I really want to try their onion pancake / shao bing/ or dan bing.Ice dou hua is pretty much the way I like it- the dou hua is thick doesn't melt away in your mouth like lao ban dou hua. Ice dou hua is pretty much the way I like it- the dou hua is thick doesn't melt away in your mouth like lao ban dou hua. The sugar is already added in though, so you don't get a chance to customize your sugar level and might bit sweet for some people.

Famous Soya Milk which priced at $1.30 was thick and smooth to drink, without overly sweetness. Typical beancurd was decent and straightforward, nothing to scream about. Carrot Cake Egg was $2.70 while Fried Spring Onion Pancake was $2.00, they were heavy but not too oily. Needless to say, it was a paradise to have Traditional Chinese supper which was affordable and delicious.

Its been a super long time since we come to Yong He for supper as we feel their standard had dropped and is not as nice as before.. Hubby is craving for egg roll, we decide to come here for supper..The menu..No sugar is added to their soya bean milk, you have add sugar on your own.. It had been quite a while since we patronized this Yong He Dao Jiang You Tiao Da Wang. I remember it used to create hype here but nowadays, as we went more globalized, we can find more similar items being sold here in all parts of Singapore. They now introduced more varieties of dim sum into their menu.You Tiao used to be much bigger size, I think. You Tiao used to be much bigger size, I think. Now, it seemed quite normal, like those that I can buy from the neighbourhood food court/ market. Nevertheless, it tasted good when dipped in the soya milk.

Lu Rou Fan 卤肉饭 $3.20 I must say I was very much bought over by this bowl of braised pork rice! It tasted almost like the one we find in Taiwan. The sauce and the meat are very well mixed together and drizzled over fresh fragrant white rice. There's also salty vegetables to top up an additional taste to the rice. Taiwan Mian Xian (Mee Sua) $3.80
The Mee Sua here do not use fresh oysters but pig intestines. I extremely love this bowl of mee sue because the noddles are so velvety smooth and the soup wasn't too gluey.

For 24 hours eateries,i often come to Yong He Eating House for the soya beancurd.This time round i get to try their braised pork rice($3.20).The portion of the braise pork rice is not for main dish as it is just a bowl of rice with some braised pork,tofu,braised egg,preserved saltyvegetable topped on it.The braised pork has gt a strong flavor to it and mainly garlic fragrant.The taste is quite oily and salty itself but alright when mixed with the rice.

This area is a little "sleazy" , yet it's best visited at night because everyone seems to illegal park here (within vision). Too many good food and great for people watching too. While at Yong He’s we ordered you tiao , mee sua etcThis place is great for supper and your dimsum/youtiao cravings. The service is very speedy and prompt service. Efficient. The mee sua reminded me of when I was in taiwan. Everything was freshly made and delicious.

Since I was around this area, decide to have a quick lunch. My colleague recommends me this restaurant. Order you tiao, soya bean milk, carrot cake, fried spring onion pancake with egg and tea egg.Soya bean is tasty and it blend in well if you eat together with you tiao.You tiao is crispy and is not so oily and you have to eat it while is still piping hot.Egg is perfectly delicious as it still have the tea fragrance and taste.Carrot cake taste normal and is abit oily. you may choose to be added

Spring onion pancake is delicious and is not oily at all. Is something similar to carrot cake, may add an egg.

Yong He Eating House is famous for its dou jiang (soya bean milk) and you tiao (chinese fried breadstick). So asked boyfriend along to dine, ordered the soya bean milk with you tiao and also mee sua. The you tiao is crispy that goes perfect with the soya milk. The mee sua was thick and starchy. add in vinegar will taste better. As it open 24hrs, recommended for those who late night suppers want to have some light bites, can try out their dish and they also sell dim sum etc.

The chilli-flavoured soup of Yong He Taiwan beef noodle is less spicy and more appetizing to my taste buds. I was impressed by the incredible tenderness of the tasty beef chunks and most important are very fresh. At 3 am, we wanted an after dinner dessert.So where else but the quitessential doughsticks and soy milk?Their bowl of soybeancurd cost $1.50.I thought that was a little steep. But it was a substantial portion. Much bigger than the usual small bowls at the morning stalls in the hawker centres.The doughsticks we got that night/ morning was cold. Tragically.

The place had shrunk in size but their service was still fast and swift.I had their mee sua which was very yummy because the mian xian was nicely done, not too soft or hard. Also, the base was starchy enough that every mouthful kept you wanting for more. Their braised meat rice was salty but with the plain white rice, it tasted just alright and i find that their vegetable portion could more generous. Overall, it was a good supper meal and I would come back for more!
