After walking around the food centre, decided to join in the queue to buy the wanton noodle. Firstly, the presentation wise is quite messy as the vegetable and the char siew is not placed neatly. As for the taste wise, the sauce is well mixed, goes well with the noodle and has a slight spicy flavour. The noodle is well cooked, has a QQ texture and the noodle does not stick together. As for the char siew, it is well marinated, tender texture and has a slight sweetness. Lastly, the wanton has sufficient fillings, well wrapped with a soft and tender texture. Soup wise is light and refreshing. This set of wanton noodle cost $2.50.
