This stall is one of the more popular ones at Eastlink Food Court as there is always a queue each time I pass by. I saw that they were selling a new item on their menu which is the you mian with duck. I decided to try it as I wanted to eat something light. Despite the long queue, I got my food quite fast, within 5 minutes. I wasn't very satisfied with my lunch as it had very few slices of duck and fish cake, and the bowl is filled mostly of noodles. I think that their specialty is duck rice and I will try that next time.

I have bought back a pack of duck noodles from this famous duck rice stall. The noodles are very chewy and the portion of the noodles are quite generous as well. The duck meat was too thin in slice which I almost cannot taste much of the duck meat. I think the combination of the slight fish cake does not blend in well in the is dish. Really nice that the take away packing is in container so is really easy to eat when I back home. At $3.50 per bowl, it is priced quite reasonablely and the staffs here are friendly too.

The ingredients for the kway chap set includes braised meat, egg, tau pok, fish cake, pig's stomach and intestines. I liked the pig's stomach and intestines best. They are cleaned well as there will be a bad odour if the stomach and intestines were not properly handled before cooking. The sauce is good and it seemed like there are herbs added to it and one of them seemed to be star anise. The chilli goes very well with the ingredients and I thought it would be good if they added some limejuice to the chilli. The soup base for the kway is very normal, nothing special about it. At $4.50 for a set, I think it is expensive.
