The most important I see in a prawn noodle is the soup. It has to have the strong taste of the prawns. This stall's prawn noodle definitely has that done well. The prawns are big and fresh too. This is probably one of the better prawn noodle soup in Singapore. This stall also includes the challenge that that will give you a full refund if you are not satisfied with their soup. Personally, I think their soup is nice but not fantastic. Other than the prawns, the rest of the ingredients are fresh. (oh no!) This stall serves quality prawn noodle. There is a choice of dry and soup. Additionally, you can also have pork ribs and prawn noodles at $5.50. The noodles are well-cooked and the sauce is very well mixed too. The chilli is very spicy so just request for a little if you are not a spicy food eater. The prawns are big and fresh and they come in a whole with the shell still on it. I admit it can be a bit troublesome but I think it tastes better this way. The ribs are soft but there is not much taste in my opinion. The soup is fantastic, thick and sweet. It contains all the essence from the prawn.
