The last time I came, all the balls were too chewy till I had a hard time finishing them.Today while passing by Bugis+, I decided to give them another try. Again, I ordered the Blackball Signature which can be served Cold, Warm, Hot or Icy & it comes with YamQ, Golden Sweet Potato, Grass Jelly, Honey Yam, Pearl & Sweet Potato. This time, all the balls were cooked to the right texture, not too chewy. While the sweet potato balls taste rather bland, the yam balls has a very strong flavor of yam. G

This time, all the balls were cooked to the right texture, not too chewy. While the sweet potato balls taste rather bland, the yam balls has a very strong flavor of yam. Grass jelly is very smooth too.
