Naturally because it's so famous, long queues await you. However, it will be worth the wait. Of course you must love pig organs like me. But not only that, the pig organ soup uses big slabs of real wholesome salted preserved vegetable. And that is, personally, one of the key to making good pig organ soup, authentic giam cai! YUM! just remembering it makes me drool. Sadly the hubby chatted with the folks running the stall and they said their children not interested in taking over the business. I really hope this is not the sad end to good food.

One of the other hard to find old school flavours at Koh Brother is the intestine stuffed glutinous rice with chestnut. It's the first time i had it and it's apparently rather difficult to find stalls that still make this. Definitely interesting.
