Merlion Wayfarer chose Qi Ji today - because she needed a place to sit and because she still felt nationalistic (It's still the fortnight after National Day!) to support local food. At S$4 for a platter (Hmmm... She distinctly remembered it could have been cheaper just a while ago?), each platter was well-loaded with the usual Nasi Lemak "goodies" - FRIED Egg, FRIED Chicken Sausage, Fried Ikan Bilis, FRIED Chicken Wing, FRIED PEANUTS, FRIED Fish Cake, PROCESSED Otah. Of course, the Otah ain’t Lee Wee’s standard (Ooops Merlion Wayfarer took in some non-Qi Ji food!). But other than that, the rest was just wickedly not-bad…..
