Lenas, to say, is an interesting restaurant because of its concept. Quite lost with it, actually, i should say, since it's under MOF which is more known to Japanese but no problem as its health conscious, and with a mix of Italian, slightly some more American western dishes, and the fusion in between. Named after the owner I guess, Lena Sim, it was quite interesting to try as well as exploring the new mall as well! The interior is inviting with a warm ambience. My friend and I ordered the hot pot
The interior is inviting with a warm ambience. My friend and I ordered the hot pot style, me with meatballs (choice of meat is given as well. I chose salmon).
Tastewise, it wasn't so overwhelming nor super good; the one I ordered has these meatballs with soup and egg, and plenty of mushroom. Given along is a wood spoon to eat with and a bowl. For a top up with extra side dish/rice, its about another $5<.
Food was just OK, passable, nothing as a recommendation, but for the ambience and place to just take your time, it's a decent, 'slow' place.
