A new hot pot experience to me. This is not a traditional steamboat (with clear/herbal soup), in fact you have first to choose a hotpot (Chicken/Fish/Beef/Prawn), it comes with "thick broth". After eating halfway, the service crews will come to you and offer to fill up the pot with soup where the soup is in complete "milky color". Then, you can add the normal steamboat ingredients into the pot and eat like a normal steamboat.We ordered their signature dish - Chicken hotpot, its VERY NICE and the staffs here are friendly, price is reasonable, we spent around $36 for 2 persons.
