Since we were at Nex, we decided to drop into Lai Lai Causal Dining for the weekday lunch promotion. This time round, I had the hot milk tea with pearls and the curry rice with fried fish fillet. I must say the fish fillet was the best part as it was thick with lots of fish meat. It was crispy on the outside yet tender and moist inside. The curry was okay, normal japanese curry.The tea was quite good as it was not very sweet and it was hot. I seldom have the chance to have hot tea with pearls. Q

The tea was quite good as it was not very sweet and it was hot. I seldom have the chance to have hot tea with pearls. Quite refreshing. I also managed to share my sister's side dish, that was the century egg with tofu. Very nice. Standard still quite good.
