i brought my parents to carousel for a nice buffet. the spread was quite good, had quite a lot of varieties. as always, there will be the sashimi corner. i was dive to the raw salmon and oyster. very fresh! my favourite was the dessert section, gives you alot of creativity to express on the many desserts.
