I went to olive tree at intercontinental hotel to celebrate my girlfriend’s parent wedding anniversary. Olive tree is known to have really great seafood and the desserts are delicious. the variety of the seafood was quite good, my favourite is definitely the sashimi, I don’t know how many slices I ate. The salmon was very fresh and the meat simply melts in your mouth. There were live stations where the chef prepare the food there and then for you. I ordered the pasta. It was not too bad, the sauce was on the sourish side. The cooked food was not too bad as well. one of the highlight is the roast beef. The meat was really tender and juicy. The dessert is the best, there were quite a lot to choose from, luckily I left half my stomach for it. The brownie was so good, I have to let the pictures do the talking. It is simply delightful.
