A friend kindly treated me to dinner at Siam Kitchen. We both ordered the same main course their Shrimp Paste Fried Rice ($9.90) and my friend ordered an additional side of Soft Shell Crab Appetizer ($9.90). Their shrimp paste fried rice is indeed a must order, the rice is just so fragrant. Their shrimp paste fried rice is indeed a must order, the rice is just so fragrant. There were also some seafood like prawn and sotong served with the fried rice. the seafood is very fresh and the meat is very succulent. The soft shell crab was really good, the batter was very fragrant, the crab itself is very juicy. the thai chill mayo was kind of unique, normally restaurants would serve the thai chilli sauce and mayo separately, but theirs was blended well together.
