It’s nearly to 9.30pm but Crystal Jade is still opened and the waiter was welcoming us with the smile on their face. I’ve ordered the super big bowl soup noodles which I hardly finish it on my own. You can see many ingredients floating on the soup like tofu skin, bean sprouts, seaweed, braised pork, minced pork, tomatoes and egg. It’s really satisfied my hungry stomach. The taste is ok, not too wow as I thought. I’ve tried the Wantan in spicy oil as well. The Wanton skin is soft and the meat inside is juicy and tasty. The spicy oil gives a little bit of spicy taste to the boiled Wanton. Not a bad combination.
