i was feeling a little hungry and was looking around for yummy breakfast. i happened to pass by mayson's bakery when i was walking into the mall. the egg tarts displayed at the display counter looks really awesome, it was the Portuguese kind. i decided to try the original and cheese flavour.the cheese flavour one wasnt as special as i thought it would be, it's just normal portuguese tart with a tiny slab of cheese placed in the centre of the tart. the cheese was a little salty has it kind of ove
the cheese flavour one wasnt as special as i thought it would be, it's just normal portuguese tart with a tiny slab of cheese placed in the centre of the tart. the cheese was a little salty has it kind of overpower the sweetness of the egg tart.
the original however, was really good, tasted like the kind of egg tarts i ate in hong kong and macau. the tart was not oily at all, the egg filling was a little burnt, but not too burnt. it also wasnt very sweet.
i would recommend the original flavour egg tart if u feel like eating portuguese eat tarts.
