I stumbled upon Toby's Estate located near Watermark @ Robertson Quay because I was desperately looking for a café with air-conditioning on a blistering hot day like yesterday's as well as one that serves mocha (surprise, not everywhere has mocha). Kith Café & Smitten Café was along the same stretch by the river that somewhat fits the bill, but the place was too small. I hesitated for a while before entering because the sign says "Closed" but maybe someone forgot to turn it around. Toby's Estat

Toby's Estate is three-storeys high, and boy do I love high ceilings. Order at the counter and remember your table number, you will pay at the end of your meal. They will serve your order to you.
They don't charge service charge, but only GST (7%). Here is my Iced Mocha ($6.80+). I would wish for the ratio of chocolate to caffeine to be higher, but it is alright. I would recommend a hot coffee if you were to order.
And... here's the Chocolate Truffle Cake ($8.00+)! It is moist, rich in chocolate with a hint of hazelnut. It's quite amazing how I did not feel sick of it at all, some chocolate cakes do this to people but not this one. I finished this up and was still craving for more.
Free wifi available here at Toby's Estate but I just used my 4G.
An extremely pleasing and comfortable Saturday afternoon spent here.
