Located just beside the junction of balestier and race course road, Lam’s Abalone noodle is known for 2 items, the abalone noodles and the salt baked chicken. I came by to eat my usual favorite dish, the $6.50 standard bowl abalone noodles and the $6 braised toufu. I especially like the braised toufu with its thick starchy sauce and minced pork. I actually like to eat my noodles with the toufu sauce. Some people may find the toufu sauce a little too salty but I like it a lot. Noodle quantity is a bit small though.
I keep seeing people eat this small bowl of pig trotter if I’m not wrong, I will try it out next time.
