The stall is helmed by one and only person - the owner of the stall. I find it very impressive that he can manage the stall by alone. His kwaychap set is really affordable and cheap, and his serving is quite huge too! The kwaychap soup is tasty and savory, and it isn't too salty either. The side dishes are decent.
