A few days ago I did a bit of research and found that Zion road has a very famous fried kway teow. Finally, last night i went there and tried.It takes me about 30 mins queuing for order. and it was already 9pm, there is about 6 pax queuing infront of me. and finally its my turn to order.it was wet, it was flavorful, and it had everything what char kuey teow suppose to have. it was wet, it was flavorful, and it had everything what char kuey teow suppose to have. I must say that Zion road Fried kway teow lives up to the expectations. The combination of all the classic ingredients, and the availability of pork lard of course contributed to the overall “original” Penang ried kway teow taste.
