During a recent staycation at Amara, we were also entitled to the Breakfast Buffet at Amara. To be really honest, the buffet wasn't fantastic. I had expected a wider range of food but alas, it was the usual stuffs. Surprisingly, one of the things i enjoyed has to be the Ginseng Porridge. It wasn't overpowering. The taste was pretty mild and tastes good with the accompanying peanuts and anchovies. The ambience of the place was really great though (we chose the outdoor seats) and really felt like
