Plaza Singapura upgraded plus the new extension really makes one feel as if it has became a brand new mall. This place is new, modern looking and clean. Meeting my cousin for lunch, we ordered Oktoberfest Platter and Rosti.Oktoberfest Platter - Big salty crunchy bratwurst with creamy mash potato topped with mellow tasting brown sauce. The pork isn’t as fantastic as I thought.But the Sauerkraut (fermented cabbage) was appetizing and goes perfectly with the fatty meats.Rosti - I know this as rosti

Rosti - I know this as rosti but they called it the german potato pancake, crispy shredded potato fried till golden brown , served with fluffy sour cream is the perfect match!
