Arriabiata is a tomato base pasta topped with chili padi that makes it a spicy dish . It is a vegetarian dish that's why you don't see any meat init . This particular pasta has no other ingredients other than the pasta and sauce . Nonetheless, it still taste tasty on its own . A good pasta don't need no other ingredients to bring the best out of its own other than a good , well flavored sauce . It wasn't in the peak hour when we ordered the pasta yet it took longer than needed for the dish to be

After a long wait, the pasta is finally here and then we dig in . To my disappointment , the pasta was overcooked - way too soft - does that explains our long waiting time ?
Compared to the pasta mania in Yishun, this is too bad . I guess I will never dine in thisoutlet ever again .
