I decided to try the Assam Laksa from 1983 A Taste of Nanyang. It was one of their signature dish. The portion of the Assam Laksa is really a lot. The amount of noodles they gave was so much I could barely finish half. Their noodles is the thick white kind, had a chewy texture. the gravy is made from minced fish, very tasty and sourish. i like it that they added fresh pineapples to the dish, gave it more acidity.
