I had some girlfriends around my place for a roast and a friend who took charge of dessert got an assortment of pastries from Glace. They all looked so tempting when we opened the box and my choice was the mont blanc which was the chestnut cream cake. The texture of the cake was soft and light and the cream was light and not too sweet.
