Thanks to my friend's mother, we got to dine in Rise Lounge for free :') hahaha I really like the ambience of this place! Every table has a candle (How romantic!!!) It is both a bar and a restaurant. They have a bar top where people can chill and order their alcoholic drinks from. Of course you can also choose to take the normal seats and it is more for people who wants to settle their meals (LIKE US!!). The place is really atas and the price of a simple dish like nasi lemak can go up to $20 plu
Unfortunately, the taste of my prawn noodle soup was mehhhhh, i think i can easily find better ones in hawker centres. But i have to say that the prawns was super huge and fresh (my only comfort). I tried my friends' nasi lemak and fried kuay teow and they tasted so much better than mine! So people who plan to dine here, please order their nasi lemak or fried kuay teow instead. The local platter that we have ordered was also not too bad! It consists of satay, fried spring roll and seafood-cake i think?
The taste of these 3 dishes was not too bad!! However, given the price, I don't think I will come here to dine again (unless I am going to stay in MBS hotel) Plus the food is not that awesome!!
