Decided on Ajisen Ramen, it was conveniently located right next to the Cinema. Originated from Kumamoto in Japan, it was currently featured as top 10 Ramen in Singapore. Queue was not that long, we got our seat very soon. Served with extensive Menu, staffs were friendly with greetings upon we stepping in.Full of savoury taste and the richness of soup were appealing, warm as well as hearty.  Full of savoury taste and the richness of soup were appealing, warm as well as hearty. Generous spicy minced pork poured on top, the bowl was redly yummy. Noodle was thinly made, tender while soft to shallow. Meat was a little fatty and a little mushy on the other side, I like also the decent well-marinated egg. Yet, I found the combination of cabbage in this Ramen was weird, should be replaced by beansprout to make it better, in my personal opinion. Portion was filling enough, price was completely reasonable if compared to others. Catered to local appetite, I will visit it again.
